What we do with what you tell us
Short version: we collect what we need to answer your enquiry and nothing else. We do not sell it, we do not share it, and you can have it deleted by asking.

Who we are
This site is run by Greenz Biotech, Gajanan Apt., Katraj-Kondhwa Road, Near Khadimachine Chowk, Kodhwa BK, 411048, Maharashtra. If you want to ask about anything on this page, or have your details removed, contact us using the numbers at the bottom.
What we collect when you send an enquiry
The enquiry form asks for four things, and only the first two are required:
- Your name and phone number, so we can call you back.
- Your city, because delivery and site work depend on where you are.
- What you need — the message, and which product or service you were looking at when you sent it.
Alongside that, the enquiry record keeps the IP address and browser identification of the request that sent it. That is not for marketing and we do not look at it: it is how the form limits how many submissions one source can make in an hour, which is what stops the inbox filling with automated spam.
We use these details to answer you, to quote, and to keep track of the conversation if it continues. We do not send marketing messages to people who have not asked for them.
What we do not do
- We do not sell your details to anybody, for any amount.
- We do not pass them to other companies for their own marketing.
- We do not ask for anything financial through this website. There is no payment on this site, so there is no card number to take. If someone asks you for a payment in this firm's name over the internet, it is not us.
Cookies
A cookie is a small note a website leaves in your browser. This site sets very few, and this is all of them:
| Cookie | What it is for | How long |
|---|---|---|
| GREENZ_SESSID | Keeps your enquiry form working and protects it from being submitted by another site on your behalf. The site cannot function without it. | Until you close the browser |
| greenz_consent | Remembers your answer to the cookie question, so you are not asked again on every page. It holds one word and nothing about you. | One year |
Neither of those follows you to other websites, and neither is used for advertising.
How we count visitors
We keep our own record of which pages are read, because we would otherwise have no idea which parts of this site are useful. It is built to count visits without identifying anybody, and it works like this: instead of storing your IP address, the site mixes it with today's date and a secret, turns the result into a fixed-length code that cannot be turned back, and stores only that.
Two consequences, and both are the point. Your address is never written down. And because the date is part of the mixture, tomorrow the same visitor produces a completely different code — so this system cannot follow anybody from one day to the next, even in principle. It sets no cookie, which is why we do not have to ask your permission for it.
Google Analytics
We may also use Google Analytics, which is a different matter, because it does set a cookie that recognises your browser on later visits. It is not loaded unless you accept it. If a banner has asked you and you have not said yes, nothing has been sent to Google — not the page you are reading, not your address, nothing.
If you do accept, Google receives the pages you visit and roughly where in the world you are, and sets a cookie of its own that lasts about two years. We have switched off the parts of it that feed advertising and cross-device profiles. Our own count above keeps working either way, so declining costs you nothing and costs us very little — which is why the banner offers both answers equally.
You can change your mind by clearing this site's cookies in your browser, which makes the question appear again.
Where the information is kept, and for how long
Enquiries are stored on the server that runs this website and are readable only by us. A new enquiry is also emailed to us so that it does not sit unnoticed.
We keep enquiry records until you ask us to remove them. We would rather say that plainly than quote a number of years we do not actually enforce — a grower who asked about a polyhouse two seasons ago is somebody we want to be able to recognise when they call back. If you want your details gone, ask, and they will be deleted.
What you can ask for
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it if it is wrong, and ask us to delete it. Contact us on any of the numbers below and say what you want done. We do not charge for this and we will not ask you why.
Other sites we link to
This site links out to a few places — our IndiaMART listing, Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp when you tap to message us. Once you follow one of those links you are on somebody else's website, under their rules rather than ours, and this page stops applying.
Changes to this page
If what we do changes, this page changes with it, and the review date at the top moves. We do not make changes here quietly to cover something we have already started doing.
