A greenhouse is a longer-lived structure than a polyhouse and is specified differently: a steel frame, a modular build so bays can be added later, and glazing chosen for how much light the crop actually wants.
The design work comes first and is the part that decides whether the rest was worth spending. Orientation, ridge height, the ratio of vent area to floor area and where the water goes are all cheap to get right on paper and expensive to correct once there is steel in the ground.
We design and build, and we are happy to do only the first if you have a contractor you already trust.
